Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars at wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. Silvern Gem Jewellery accepts payment via PayPal or through Bank Transfer. Purchasing
All items offered on the Silvern Gem Jewellery website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on the website, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Check out" which will give 2 options of payment ( Paypal or through Bank Transfer ). We are acutely aware of your concerns regarding the security and confidentially of your information. We can assure you we take all reasonable measures to prevent any misuse of any information regarding our clients personal and business information. We do not share, sell or hand on any client information at any time to any other parties.
Delivery
Delivery is within 5-7 days. Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post.
To guarantee, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection.
Silvern Gem cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Out of Stock Order:
In the event of an “Out of Stock” jewellery item, we will contact you and give you the option as to:
1) Whether you would like to place the item as a backorder. We will not charge delivery charges.
2) Cancel the out of stock items from the order and get a full refund for out of stock items.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by contacting us by email or telephone.

We are so confident in the abilities of our artisans and the quality of their work that we offer against any manufacturing defect(s) that arises in our jewellery.
We are very proud of our jewellery’s reputation for quality and while repairs and returns are next to non-existent, we understand things can go wrong and should a manufacturing fault occur, we will happily rectify it - whether that’s to repair, replace or credit you for the piece.
Our Gurantee does not cover ‘normal wear and tear’ or damage caused by actions or incidents that compromise the integrity of the piece.
